Videobodiment

Videobodiment was a collaboration with my wife, Silvia, for the third installment of The Clothesline. It consisted of a series of interactive video pieces that invited participants to play in order to discover how they worked.

The central piece was a stack of three video monitors, each connected to a camera in the room. The monitors and cameras were positioned in such a way that if you stood in any given spot, your body would be broken up among the three monitors. Multiple people could stand in different spots to combine their body parts. The happened both intentionally and unintentionally throughout the night.
